How to book
1. Check the available dates in our calendar.
2. Send us an email to rent@telefonica.net indicating:
- Accommodation you are interested in (Ondarreta, Igeldo or Pasaia)
- Dates
- Number of people
- Name and contact email
- Any questions or doubts you may have
3. You will receive an email with:
- Total price
- Payment procedures
- Account number
- Contact details
- How to arrive
4. Once the deposit payment has been received, we will send you a confirmation email and the dates will be blocked in the calendar.
5. In order to do the check in, please let us know asap your arrival time (please note that we offer airport transfers as per request at reasonable prices). |
