Situated right in the very centre of San Sebastian, just two blocks from the famous beach of La Concha and minutes from all the attractions of the city like the old part, the shopping area, etc. Within walking distance to supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, restaurants... 

Due to its location, you can enjoy the city and its attractions without having to use the car or other means of transportation. During the Big Week of San Sebastian in August, the spectacular fireworks of the International Contest can be heard and seen from the terrace itself.

- Rental price:   €200 for 4, €225 for 5, €250 for 6, €275 for 7, €300 for 8 people per night.
- Seasonal price adjustments:  +25.00% from 15 Jul 2009 to 27 Sep 2009.
- Cleaning fee:  €40 (Compulsory).
- Minimum stay:  3 nights.
- Maximum capacity:  8 people.
- Refundable deposit:  €300 (to be refunded upon departure and return of the apartment in good condition).

Situado en el mismo centro ESan Sebastian a tan solo 2 bloques de la famosa Playa de la Concha y a unos minutos andando de tiendas, bares...

Desde su terraza se puede ver la playa.

Debido a su privilegiada ubicación, no es necesario el uso del coche u otro tipo de transporte para disfrutar de todo lo que puede ofrecer esta bellísima ciudad.

- Salón-comedor: cuenta con una mesa de comedor extensible que puede acoger 8 comensales y con un sofá cama que se puede convertir en una amplia cama de matrimonio. Tiene acceso directo a la terraza.
