Reservations

First of all, and in order to hold a reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total amount is required.

Full payment is due upon arrival in cash.

Upon de reservation, the client has to inform about the exact number of guests. Only the people specified when booking will be allowed.

A damage deposit will be required upon arrival and will be refunded in full after making sure no damages has been made to the accommodation the day of check out.

Cancellations

The 25 % deposit is non-refundable.

If the client cancels after paying the deposit, the following penalties will be applied:

- More than 90 days before check-in: 20 % of the total amount.
- 50 - 89 days before check-in: 35 % of the total amount.
- 20 - 49 days before check-in: 60 % of the total amount.
- Less than 20 days before check-in: 100 % of the total amount.

Minimun Stay

Minimum stay is three nights in the Ondarreta, Moneo and Pasaia Apartments and seven nights at the Igueldo Villa.

Check in

The apartment will be available from 3:00 p.m. If by any chance you are arriving later than that hour, please call the owner. Arrivals later than 9:00 p.m. have an extra-charge of € 40.

Check out

Check out time is 11:00 a.m.

Proper behaivour

The clients renting the apartment should behave correctly with the properties in the apartment. Loud music and parties are strictly forbidden and may be subject to loss of prepaid rent and refundable damage deposit.

The owner will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages due to the use of the apartment by the client, including damages, insurance, losses because of fire, robbery or criminal behaviour.

If the client misuses or creates problems related to the above specified, the owner at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment and the client will have no right to ask for any type of compensation.
